JO ANN SNOW

In her role as Corporate Treasurer Jo Ann is responsible for the financial management and growth of R. L. Snow Construction, Incorporated. Responsibilities of she and her staff include Benefits and Insurance, Risk Management, inventory/Equipment/Materials Management, Payroll Management, Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Contracts and Legal, Tax and Accounting and Personnel Management.

With an education in Business Administration, Jo Ann began her career in the early 70's as a paralegal. Thru the years she has acquired extensive management/supervisory experience in the fields of customer services, compliance, risk management, personnel management, process development, accounting and account collections. Immediately prior to joining Rick in the management of their family owned business, Jo Ann served as a Process Communications Specialists with a local Electric Company where she was responsible for with defining, documenting and educating personnel on company policies and procedures. Jo Ann's demonstrated abilities make her a tremendous asset to the R. L. Snow Construction management team.

A devoted wife mother, and grandmother Jo Ann enjoys decorating, event planning and spending time at the lake with her family and friends.
