DEBRA STERNBERGER
Debra is responsible for all company Benefit and Risk Management needs. Her responsibilities include the planning, direction and coordination of all human resource management activities and policies. She is responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of all benefits, insurance, and pension plans. Additionally, her role requires the mitigation of company risk thru the assessment, planning, implementation and coordination of all risk management policies and safety programs. As a licensed insurance agent with over 17 years experience, Debbie has acquired extensive management/supervisory experience in the areas of claims and sales of commercial property/casualty insurance. When not working on the renovation of her 110 year old Victorian Home, Debbie enjoys outdoor activities including boating, gardening, riding ATVs and going to the lake with her friends.
